Building Community

By fashioning a discipleship community and being a safe-place, Christian Students Uniting (CSU) aims to strengthen a  personal relationship with Jesus Christ. This is achieved by meeting together regularly for Bible studies, pub grub, social events, regular church attendance and conferences/retreats.

An important aspect of CSU is our committment to the Church in the world. Locally, we encourage regular attendance to all mainline congregations, and have a particular connection with university churches in Sydney - viz, Ultimo University Church, Maroubra Junction Uniting Church and Burwood Uniting Evening Congregation.

As a community, we study the Bible, pray, share in discussions and seek to grow in our understanding of discipleship and theology. Together we strive for a personal relationship with God, renewal of the Church, and the nonviolent transformation of the world.
